Two ranked opponents. Two sweeps. Three Big Ten weekly awards.

Nebraska volleyball collected a trio of conference honors on Monday after taking care of No. 15 Indiana on the road and No. 7 Wisconsin, both by 3 to 0 scores. Harper Murray shares Big Ten Player of the Week, Bergen Reilly is Setter of the Week and Manaia Ogbechie is Defensive Player of the Week.

Harper Murray was the best attacker in the league

The senior outside hitter averaged 5.17 kills per set while hitting .429 for the week. Both her 5.17 kills and her 5.92 points per set topped every player in the Big Ten, and she was one of only three players in the country to clear five kills per set while hitting better than .400.

Thursday at Indiana she put down 11 kills with seven digs and two blocks. Saturday against Wisconsin she went bigger, with a season high 20 kills on .471 hitting plus four digs and three blocks.

This is the second Big Ten Player of the Week award of her career.

Bergen Reilly kept the offense humming

Behind Reilly, Nebraska hit .388 across the two matches, best in the Big Ten and second in the nation. The Huskers hit .379 at Indiana and .396 against the Badgers, and they have now topped .300 in seven of their last eight matches.

Reilly averaged 12.33 assists per set, second in the conference and 12th nationally, along with 2.17 digs per set. She had 35 assists, seven digs and three kills at Indiana, then 39 assists, six digs, two kills and a block against Wisconsin.

The senior has now won a weekly award twice this season and 15 times in her career. That total is tied for fourth in Big Ten history.

Manaia Ogbechie owned the net

The sophomore led the Big Ten and ranked eighth nationally with 2.17 blocks per set. At Indiana she stuffed six attacks and added eight kills on .500 hitting. Against Wisconsin she posted seven blocks as Nebraska held the Badgers to .171 hitting.

It is her first Defensive Player of the Week honor. She was already a Player of the Week earlier this season.

Three Huskers, three awards, one week. Husker Nation, this group is rolling.
